Kurt Neubauer - CEO

Kurt Neubauer has been a Managing Partner of JAUST Consulting Partners since 2005 responsible for its Global Sales and Marketing. Neubauer is a board member of JAUST Consulting Partners, Inc., (USA), JAUST International Consulting Inc., , JAUST Life & Health Sciences and The Olive Branch Foundation, a non-profit Foundation. Neubauer has played a defining role in JAUST’s sales and marketing activities both in the US and internationally. His current goals involve growing the JAUST brand and evangelizing the importance of transitioning business and IT processes to more of a service oriented architecture. Together with co-founder Gail D’Silva, their global perspective and their drive to hold the highest levels of customer service make JAUST a market leader.

Prior to starting JAUST Partners, Neubauer worked in business development with a premier system integration partner, Systech Integrators (now Xerox). Before Systech, he was a Senior Manager at Siebel Systems in San Mateo, CA focusing. Prior to Siebel, Neubauer lived and worked in London, England for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Products Group, a specialized group within PwC’s International Tax Practice.

Neubauer received his B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University, with a concentration in Finance, International Business and German.

Coming from a multi-cultural background, Neubauer has an admiration for languages, travel and cooking. His Hispanic and European heritage has allowed him to live, travel and learn throughout the world.

Gail D’Silva - President & COO

Gail D’Silva has been a Managing Partner of JAUST Consulting Partners since 2005 responsible for its Global Operations. Gail is a board member of JAUST Consulting Partners Inc, (USA), JAUST International Consulting Inc., JAUST Life & Health Sciences and The Olive Branch Foundation, a non-profit Foundation started and funded by JAUST. She plays an important role in defining JAUST’s strategic operations globally, both in the US and internationally. Her goal is to streamline the operations of JAUST globally in order to offer a seamless model to its employees, clients, vendors and consultants. She also works closely with co-founder Kurt Neubauer in determining strategy and policy for JAUST’s growth in a growing global market and within different industries.

Prior to joining JAUST Partners, Gail worked as a Sr. Consulting Manager with a SAP premier SI partner, ACS (formerly Systech Integrators). As a CM, she recruited and managed over 140 ERP and CRM consultants. Before Systech, she was an Account Manager - Sales with a consulting Company based out of Santa Clara specializing in Oracle. In her role as Account Manager, she developed new business for the company and maintained other business accounts. She built various relationships across the industry with clients, vendors and consultants alike. Prior to this, she lived in India and worked at various banks and multi-national companies including Pfizer Ltd. Besides, India and US, she has travelled to countries like Singapore, Canada, New Zealand and Australia and has met with various consultants and clients across these countries.

Gail received her B.A. in Economics, Political Science and English from Isabella Thoburn College (IT College) in India; the first Women’s Christian College in Asia.

Gail’s diverse background and her love for travelling and meeting people, has made it possible for her to connect with people of various cultures and nationalities.
