Gail D’Silva can easily be referred to as the backbone of this organization. She brings more than 17 years of Service Industry experience. She has played the dual role of Business Development Manager and Recruiter. The latter being her passion, she went on to specialize in Human Resource Management and Recruiting. Her sales background gave her truly valuable experience dealing with people. She has created an extremely impenetrable bond with each and every one of her Consultants and Clients. She has worked with some of the most sought after ERP/CRM Consultants in the Industry, and is more motivated than ever to share her skills, knowledge and relationships with future customers. Her priorities are her two children and husband.

Kurt J Neubauer
Co-Founder & President – Sales & Marketing

Kurt Neubauer is the driving force of JAUST’s top line.
Having graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, Mr. Neubauer moved to London to accept employment with one of the Big 5 at the time, Pricewaterhouse (later PricewaterhouseCoopers). After three years of learning and breathing the intricacies of corporate and structured finance and M&A work, Mr. Neubauer returned to the United States where he leapt into the High Tech industry by joining the CRM and eBusiness powerhouse, Siebel Systems. Managing a plethora of successful global service relationships for 3 years, Mr. Neubauer was invited to join a new start up venture named Systech. This role eventually encompassed running business development for the company’s SAP practice on the West Coast. After a tremendous amount of experience initiated from the ground level and growing successful practices, Mr. Neubauer ventured to start his own business enterprise, JAUST Consulting Partners with friend and Co-Founder Gail D’Silva. The Co-Founders are happy to say that their new venture gives them the time they needed to be close to what is important to them….family. Kurt enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children.
